Tears of a Lost Poet.

°°°°°°°°°
Tears has made my pen heavy,
Place a log on my emotions,
Cart away my blue ink,
Leaving my sheets empty.

°°°°°°°°°
Tears has made my pen heavy,
Denying my unborn ideas its freedom,
Welling up pillars of stone on my creativity,
Making me a burden to the Nations.
°°°°°°°°°°
Tears has made my pen heavy,
As I wine and dine in my ignorance daily,
With a bleeding and self-willed lust,
Which longs for more of my foolishness.
°°°°°°°°°
Tears has made my pen heavy,
With every drop paving a way for a dead sea in my heart,
Blood springing daily into my dead veins,
With a loss of power over it.
°°°°°°°°°°
Tears has made my pen heavy,
Destroying the best of my dreams,
Stole my fame in the dead of the night,
In the soft cradle of my soul.
°°°°°°°°°°
Tears has made my pen heavy,
This time, my pen can no longer fight for my freedom,
My dream has tied me from my reality,
My lust has finally denied me from the powers of love.
Where is my ink, where is my creativity?
