Why colleges of education students feel inferior to their university counterparts

It is no longer a new thing that there is a kind of segregation among university students and college of education students. One believe he is superior to the other. Speaking from
oluwanifemi Love's interview with ACEtv, a student of Adeyemi college of Education, she claimed the treatment that was administered to her when she attended a conference at University of Ibadan depicts the
fact that university dudes believe they are superior to college of Education students, this actually prompt to write a poem titled "schoolism".Thousands don't wanna become a teacher though neither do they plan to attend a college, but reverse is the case here.
Many students ask if a university is better than a college. A college and university generally are academic equals. Depending on the student’s needs, one type of institution may be a better choice. For example, if a student wants to attend a school with a variety of programs and classes, then a university may be a better choice. If a student values small class sizes and a closer relationship with professors,

then a college might be the best option. If you are a student considering getting a bachelor’s or graduate degree, your school’s name is less important than whether or not the school is a good fit. Think about what you want your college experience to be like, and choose the college or university that meets your expectations.
Actually I think I’d be correct in assuming that this question has been asked because of 2 issues that you are going through.
a. Not making enough money
b. Not having a higher education.
To start off, I’d say it’s pretty much “Normal” to think this way and have an inferiority complex. But the real question you need to ask yourself is how do you tackle the above mentioned two problems in your life.
What is enough money for you? At any point in time when you earn money, there will be someone who earns more than you. And most times, it will be someone you know or in your inner circle itself. To deal with it, there are multiple ways.

Start reading about Rags to Riches stories. People who had absolutely nothing and then went on to achieve lots (even money). You will find that a lot of these people were never insecure about someone else’s success. Which you are being currently (sorry to sound harsh).
You can also try looking at these case studies of people who did not have proper education but still went on to achieve a lot. So that also answers your question about why not education, but learning is of prime importance.
However, if you still feel inferiority complex, start by talking to these people (I am assuming you aren’t very anti-social though) and gladly and slowly start appreciating their efforts (or find their way of living). It will give you a perspective of how today you may feel insecure from them, they probably aren’t even happy.
Maybe.

If still it doesn’t work, maybe you can try finding your own unique identity (something that makes you different than others). Once you find it, explore it, nurture it and then you will see over a period of time, that what today is your insecurity, tomorrow becomes the greatest lesson of your life.
